Joe entered the real estate industry in 1996 as a part time agent for Northland Real Estate. He later obtained his broker license and opened his own company - Knutson Real Estate, Inc. Joe gained strong contract negotiation and project management skills in his years prior to real esate, working in the private business sector. He now operates out of Pine City and Rush City and continues to represent both buyers and sellers in residential and commercial sales.
